No expanded polystyrene use (aka Styrofoam)
Reusable tableware for all onsite dining; to-go utensils provided only upon request
Proper recycling practices are followed.
No plastic bags distributed for takeout or to-go orders.
Plastic straws provided only upon request.
ADDITIONAL BEST PRACTICES

Discount offered for customers with reusable cup, mug, bag, etc.
All seafood must be a ‘Best Choice’ or ‘Good Alternative’ as defined by Seafood Watch* or certified as sustainable.
Vegetarian or vegan friendly options available. Sustainably certified seafood.
Water conservation efforts such as low-flow faucets and toilets as well as water only upon request.
No beverages sold in plastic bottles.
Energy efficiency efforts such as LED lighting and Energy Star appliances.
